- Pre-heat oven to 375. Rinse your ribs off in water and dry them. Remove the membrane on the back to allow the ribs to fall off the bone.
- Make your rub by adding all stir together the brown sugar, smoked paprika, black pepper, salt, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne.
- Place ribs on a foil covered baking sheet. Add dry rub all over the ribs, generously coating all of the sides.
- In an instant pot add 1 cup of water, 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar. Add a trivet or rack to the bottom of the instantpot. Place ribs on the side and seal.
- Cook on high pressure for 25 minutes and allow pressure to release naturally for 5 minutes, then released and remove with tongs back to the foil covered baking sheet.
- Coat the top of the ribs with left over dry rub and your favorite barbecue sauce. Bake for 10 minutes.
- Serve with potato salad or chipotle slaw! Enjoy!
