Coconut Cream + Lime Margarita

Mouth watering Margarita with a hint of coconut. A crowd favorite!!

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz of Blanco Tequila
• 2oz Coconut Cream (not coconut milk)
• 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
• 1/2 oz Cointreau
• 1/4 oz Simple Syrup
• 1 lime (zest)
• Rim of glass
• 2 tablespoons of sugar
• 2 tablespoons of salt
• 1 teaspoon of lime zest
• 2 lime wedges

Instructions

1. On a small plate, mix salt, sugar and lime zest together.  Add simple syrup to another plate, place a cocktail glass rim in the simple syrup and then dip into the salt/sugar/zest mixture and cover completely. 
2. In a cocktail shaker add ice, coconut cream, tequila, lime juice, cointreau and simple syrup and shake well. 
3. Add ice to your seasoned cocktail glass and strain the margarita into the the cup! 
4. Add a slice of lime to the rim and zest some fresh lime on top. Enjoy!!!!
