2023 Free Monthly Planner!
Happy New Year!! Please enjoy this years new and improved 2023 Monthly Calendar! You can download this on to your iPad and use it digitally or print pages as needed! This year I added some more pages for your enjoyment!
I love to see the month in a grid like format so I can macro schedule my month according to “theme days".” These are bunk task days where I design my day around either work, meetings, kids, family, or wellness. From there I will build me daily block schedules according to those theme days. For example, if you know you have to take your car in to get serviced in the middle of the month, you might add 5-6 tasks you can do from your iPad or computer while you are there. That way you can put those items off to a time when you know you will have 3 hours to dedicate to those tasks and kill time. The power of productivity is staying organized so you can maximize your time. You might also consider downloading a meditation or a podcast you can enjoy with those 3 free hours.
Gratitude journaling is something that I have found very helpful in the recent past. For years I focused on goal setting and action steps, but often times failed to reflect on the bigger picture. The year I added 3 new pages for Gratitude journaling. One for the month and one for daily practice.
Daily block scheduling is still my most treasured way of planning and scheduling my life! I usually use different colors and highlighters to manage the blocks of time to show a balance across the day. I keep these in a clear folder and throw them in my purse when I am running out the door. It is a great way to manage your daily task, ensure that you have enough time to accomplish your goals in the day and add or subtract from your todo list. You can also add these into a google calendar with a timer! We have a timer that goes off everyday at 5pm, reminding me that is time to make dinner. That way, if I lose track of time with the kids homework hour, I have a gentile reminder!
Goal planning is a very important part of productivity and prioritizing your time. My favorite way to set goals is to use the SMART method and set specific and measurable steps that need to happen in order for these goals to happen. I talk a lot about this in my 2023 30 - Day Challenge (go download it, it’s free!) Here is a great way to list out the things that need to happen in order for you to conquer your goals in 2023!
I hope you all enjoy this free and easy to use printable or downloadable planner for 2023!
