Try this buttery, flaky and crunchy twist on pizza!

  1. 1. Pre-heat the oven to 375.
  2. 2. On a large piece of parchment paper, add a handful of flour and unroll your puff pastry. Using a roller pin, slowly roll the puff pastry to a smooth thin layer. 
  3. Optional: If you are adding pepperoni, bake on a sheet for 10 minutes and allow the oil to drain before adding to your pizza.
  4. 3. Spread the marinara sauce on the dough leaving 1/2 an inch around the edges. 
  5. 4. Add mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce. (Add pepperoni)
  6. 5. Starting at the long end, start rolling the puff pastry. On each roll, using a paint brush, brush on the egg wash. Continue until completely rolled. 
  7. 6. On the outside of the rolled pizza, dress with egg wash. Cut into 1 inch pin wheels and place on a foil lined baking sheet. 
  8. 7. Bake for 15 minutes (or until golden brown)
  9. 8. Let cool and serve with a bowl of marinara sauce! Enjoy!
