Pizza Puff Pastry

Try this buttery, flaky and crunchy twist on pizza!

- 1. Pre-heat the oven to 375.
- 2. On a large piece of parchment paper, add a handful of flour and unroll your puff pastry. Using a roller pin, slowly roll the puff pastry to a smooth thin layer.
- Optional: If you are adding pepperoni, bake on a sheet for 10 minutes and allow the oil to drain before adding to your pizza.
- 3. Spread the marinara sauce on the dough leaving 1/2 an inch around the edges.
- 4. Add mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce. (Add pepperoni)
- 5. Starting at the long end, start rolling the puff pastry. On each roll, using a paint brush, brush on the egg wash. Continue until completely rolled.
- 6. On the outside of the rolled pizza, dress with egg wash. Cut into 1 inch pin wheels and place on a foil lined baking sheet.
- 7. Bake for 15 minutes (or until golden brown)
- 8. Let cool and serve with a bowl of marinara sauce! Enjoy!
