Cilantro Chimichurri
This recipe for a colorful chimichurri sauce doubles as a marinade and an accompaniment to all cuts of beef!!
You can prepare this in a food processor or by hand! On my YouTube video, I did it by hand but both methods work.
1 chopped Shallot
3-4 Cloves of Garlic (Turn into paste if you are not using a blender)
1 cup of Cilantro, chopped (finely chop if you are not using a blender)
1/4 c up of Fresh Parsley (optional) (finely chop if you are not using a blender)
1/2 cup of White Wine Vinegar
3/4 cup of Olive Oil
Pinch of salt and pepper
1/2 teaspoon of fresh Lime Zest (optional)
1/2 Lime Juice (optional)
1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes (optional for heat)
Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend! Enjoy!
